Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Content & Creative Specialist to lead the production of engaging marketing and brand content across digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining storytelling, visual design, video production, and content marketing to create impactful experiences for a global sports audience.
You will work closely with leadership to transform product updates, customer stories, industry insights, webinars, and events into compelling multi-format content.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Marketing
- Create content for LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, website pages, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop thought leadership content based on sports, technology, and industry trends.
- Repurpose webinars, presentations, interviews, and events into multiple content formats.
- Support content planning and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
Creative Design
- Design social media creatives, carousels, infographics, presentations, reports, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistency across all brand and visual assets.
- Contribute to the evolution of Proem Sports’ visual identity and creative direction.
Video & Multimedia
- Edit and produce short-form videos, webinar highlights, interviews, event recaps, and promotional content.
- Create motion graphics and simple animations where needed.
- Optimise video content for social and digital platforms.
Brand & Communications
- Support partnership announcements, product launches, case studies, and company communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals and messaging.
- Identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, creative design, multimedia, or related roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, graphic design, and video editing work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and digital content best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or equivalent tools.
- Experience creating content for B2B, SaaS, technology, media, sports, or entertainment brands.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools.
- Experience with newsletters, webinars, podcasts, or community-led content initiatives.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website content management.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
