DroDot Media is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to support lead generation, client communication, and appointment coordination activities. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates interested in sales, customer communication, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients and introduce company services
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team
- Maintain lead and customer records accurately
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls and email communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Build positive relationships with prospective clients
Requirements
- Plus Two / Degree qualification
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
