The International Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting the hospital's healthcare services in international markets, developing relationships with overseas referral partners, embassies, corporates, insurance companies, medical tourism facilitators, and driving international patient volumes. The role focuses on business development, brand promotion, market expansion, and enhancing the hospital's global presence.
- Develop and execute international marketing strategies to attract patients from target countries.
- Identify and establish partnerships with international referral agencies, medical tourism facilitators, healthcare consultants, and corporate clients.
- Build relationships with embassies, consulates, insurance providers, and government healthcare agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging international healthcare markets.
- Promote the hospital's specialties, clinical outcomes, and healthcare services through various marketing channels.
- Organize and participate in international healthcare exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, and business meetings.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns targeting international patients.
- Manage international patient inquiries and ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to prepare customized treatment packages and proposals.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Maintain relationships with existing international partners and key stakeholders.
- Prepare business reports, market intelligence reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and international marketing standards.
- Support branding and reputation-building initiatives across global markets.
- Achieve assigned revenue, patient acquisition, and business development targets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, International Business, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing/International Business preferred.
- Additional certification in Healthcare Marketing or Medical Tourism is an advantage.
