- Education: B.E., / B.Tech., in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 10 - 15 years in steel fabrication and machine shop quality.
Technical Skills:
- Engineering drawing reading & GD&T
- Welding and fabrication inspection
- CNC machining inspection
- Precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator)
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System ; ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems ; ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management.
- ISO 3834 (Quality Requirements for Welding).
- Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, 8D Report)
- Material inspection and traceability
- Documentation (Inspection Reports, NCR, Quality Records)
Software: MS Excel, ERP (preferred).
Preferred Certifications: ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
Key Competencies: Attention to detail, analytical skills, communication with customers, problem-solving, and teamwork.
