Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller – Vehicle Onboarding to connect with vehicle owners and transporters, onboard vehicles onto the ReeRoute platform, and build a strong transportation partner network. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a target-oriented approach, and strong follow-up abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to vehicle owners and transporters.
- Explain ReeRoute's services and vehicle onboarding process.
- Onboard vehicles and transport partners onto the platform.
- Collect and verify required vehicle and vendor documents.
- Register drivers on the ReeRoute Driver App.
- Maintain accurate vendor and vehicle records in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with prospective vendors until successful onboarding.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for vendor activation.
- Achieve daily calling and onboarding targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of logistics/transportation is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Vendor Onboarding, or Logistics Operations.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
