What we are looking for is an experienced senior leader, though positioned at Hyderabad but will oversee the sales & acquisitions at all the Branches. He will exhibit strong business knowledge, take an influential approach to business relationships. The relationships typically involve persuading and /or countering opposition, often at senior management level. If that is you, we would want you to be onboard. The incumbent must have core experience in Corporate General Insurance or who are from General Insurance Broking companies.

Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate the concern Managers and their team’s performance across all branches.

Responsible for working with the team and driving a strong performance oriented sales culture.

Manage, develop, train, control and motivate the sales force across all branches.

Expected to meet/exceed the revenue targets across all branches.

The incumbent will generate and manage key prospect relationships as well as define and execute a penetration strategy for existing clients.

Responsible for sales targets in all the assigned territories & develop and drive a profitable business for all the branches.
Develops and executes strategies, plans etc to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

Support the branches by being a help point / specialist guidance for Branch heads, team members, associates, sales staff & service staff and shall be responsible for the P&L.

Identifying and developing new markets (new Branches) for growth and so also, developing key business relationships.
Responsible for market intelligence, analysing current trends & niche areas, understanding the needs & requirements in the market.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with a major in business/marketing or insurance. Any PG qualification or an additional degree in the insurance domain will be an advantage with 10- 15 years of relevant experience.

Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customer that has resulted in high customer satisfaction

Excellent leadership skills, negotiation skills, with good written and oral skills including presentation, group discussions etc.

Ability to interact with the C-Suite
- Knowledge about insurance industry & their operations and processes, underwriting philosophy, risk selection and assessment techniques, premium rating, loss trends etc

Experience in managing complex portfolios including insurance portfolios
