Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive business development, strengthen client relationships, and support business growth across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B marketing, market research, client handling, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand business opportunities.
- Identify and generate new B2B business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support business expansion initiatives.
- Follow up with customers for timely payments and maintain healthy business relationships.
Client & Order Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for product sampling, order execution, and dispatch.
- Liaise with logistics and shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
Reporting & Market Analysis
- Prepare monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide market insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent coordination and relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions as required.
Preferred Candidate
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client relationship management.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vasai, Maharashtra (Vasai): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
