- Hands-on experience in conducting and managing training programs
CTC: 35,000 – 60,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR – Training & Development professional to plan, coordinate,
and execute effective training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational
performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, competency mapping, and discussions with
department heads
- Plan, organize, and conduct internal and external training programs
- Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of training
initiatives
- Prepare training calendars, schedules, and training materials
- Conduct induction and onboarding training programs for new employees
- Implement and manage employee competency mapping and skill assessment processes
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvement
tracking
- Maintain training records, reports, and MIS related to training activities
- Support HR initiatives related to employee development and engagement
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong exposure to training delivery and coordination
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work closely with trainers, managers, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of competency mapping and learning & development practices
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
