We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, ensuring quality standards, and monitoring project progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage labor deployment and site resources efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor inventory at the site.
- Resolve site-related issues and maintain smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising residential and commercial construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for site visits.
- Willingness to travel between project sites as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
