Job Description
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager for MatterLab, our sister organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales performance and execute marketing strategies
Lead expansion into new geographic markets
Manage, mentor, and monitor the Sales & Marketing team
Build and maintain strong relationships with Contractors, EPCs, Consultants, and Government bodies
Identify new business opportunities and represent the company in meetings and site visits
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and leverage an established professional network
Qualifications
BE/BTech in Civil Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred
6–8 years of post‑qualification experience
