Job Role: MIS Executive (Immediate Joiners preferred)
Location: Westport, 5th Floor, Pan Card Club Road, Baner, Pune, Pune, Maharashtra
Role Summary:
Selfdrive is looking for an ambitious MIS Executive to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company's finances.
The ideal candidate needs to be well-versed in accounting standards & principles, able to work comfortably with numbers. Must have Professional level skills in creating & managing Excel & should have high attention to details.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform audit of rate sheets and periodic reconciliation of customer and supplier rates
- Maintaining repository of customer and supplier rates
- Providing analytics and flag inconsistencies around rate structure to the management
- Identify ideal pricing structures and sales funnels
- Draft strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing projects
- Input rate sheets in back end panel
- Scrutinizing supplier invoices, keep record of the same and reconciling supplier SOAs
- Maintaining MIS activities and submitting all the reports on timely basis as per the requirements
- Assist in preparing management reports required for finance department and internal reporting
- Work with the sales and marketing team to define pricing structure for company products
- Address issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing suggestions
- Responsible for any other day to day accounting tasks as assigned
- Undertake any other specific duties assigned by the management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant or MIS Executive.
- Advanced Professional level skills of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge in Accounting Software such as Tally, Zoho Books
- Dynamic, charismatic and enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Previous employment in a similar position handling MIS and internal reporting
- Experience in E commerce Platform & Rate sheet Management is added advantage
