Full Job Description:
KC Jewellery Manufacturing LLP is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Jewellery Manual Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, designing, and developing manual jewellery designs from concept to completion. This position demands a high level of creativity and technical expertise to develop unique and innovative manual jewellery designs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and create manual designs using 2D Sketching.
- Develop creative and original design concepts for various types of jewellery, such as rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and other accessories.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in fashion, design, and jewellery to ensure the designs are contemporary and marketable.
- Monitor quality assurance of all designed jewellery pieces.
- Assist with product development and innovation.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new ideas.
- Create detailed sketches and drawings of jewellery designs, incorporating different materials, gemstones, and metals.
- Choose appropriate materials for each design, considering factors such as durability, aesthetics, and cost.
- Analyse trends in the jewellery industry.
- Ensure that all designs meet customer requirements.
- Maintain records of all created designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-5 years of proven experience in Jewellery design.
- Skilled in sketching and creativity in the Classic category.
- Good grip on Coral.
- Creative person with a Diamond Jewellery Design background.
- Excellent creative and technical skills.
- Strong knowledge of current trends in the jewellery industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
