Position: Japanese Language Tutor
Location: Sakshar Academy, East Delhi

Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Japanese Language Tuition Teacher to provide high-quality instruction to students of varying age groups and proficiency levels. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, preparing study materials, and guiding students toward fluency in Japanese for academic, professional, or personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Japanese language (reading, writing, speaking, listening) to students from beginner to advanced levels.
- Design lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments tailored to CBSE/college-level or professional learners.
- Incorporate cultural aspects of Japan (traditions, etiquette, literature) into lessons for holistic learning.
- Conduct interactive sessions using smart classes, presentations, and digital tools.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/students.
- Prepare students for exams such as JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test).
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive learning environment.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Japanese Language, Linguistics, or related field.
- Certification in Japanese (JLPT N2/N3 or higher preferred).
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience (school, institute, or private tuition).
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English/Hindi.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools (smart boards, online platforms).
- Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching.
Preferred Skills
- Experience preparing students for JLPT or academic exams.
- Knowledge of Japanese culture, literature, and history.
- Ability to conduct both offline and online classes.
- Multilingual ability (Hindi/English + Japanese).
