We are looking for a passionate and creative Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of our Modern Indian premium dining restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary expertise in modern Indian cuisine, menu innovation, and kitchen leadership while maintaining the highest standards of quality and guest experience.
Lead and manage the entire kitchen operations and culinary team
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and plating standards
- Maintain food cost control, inventory management, and vendor coordination
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain premium dining standards
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and compliance with kitchen SOPs
- Work closely with management on menu engineering and seasonal specials
- Maintain high guest satisfaction and brand standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Executive Chef / Head Chef in a premium or fine dining restaurant
- Strong expertise in Modern Indian / Progressive Indian cuisine
- Leadership skills to manage a large kitchen brigade
- Good understanding of food costing, menu planning, and kitchen operations
- Passion for innovation and presentation

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
