We're Hiring: Events & Community Associate - SkillsNCR
Gurugram | Internship / Full-Time
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being out there - talking to parents, running a stall, chasing down a vendor for last-minute standees, and making sure an event actually comes together on the ground.
If you like organizing things, don't mind a bit of chaos, and can hold a conversation with a parent who's unsure about enrolling their kid - this could be a good fit.
What you'll be doing
Handling the full cycle of our workshops, exhibitions and student events — from coordinating vendors (canopies, standees, printing, branding) to running the show on the day itself. You'll also be the face of SkillsNCR at these events: explaining what we do, answering questions, collecting leads, and following up with interested parents afterward.
Beyond events, we'd want you scouting for opportunities - schools, societies, local communities, anywhere we could partner or get in front of the right audience — and helping shape how we build awareness and pull in new students across Gurugram.
Nice to have (not mandatory)
Comfortable running Instagram/LinkedIn for a brand
Can put together quick creatives in Canva
Some exposure to Meta Ads or digital campaigns
Not scared of a spreadsheet - basic lead tracking, analytics
Pay
Attractive salary + performance incentives, with room to go higher for candidates who bring real relevant experience and can show they've actually driven leads or events before. Both internship and full-time openings available. For the right person, this can grow into a core, long-term role - more responsibility over time, with potential ESOPs down the line as the company grows.
We're after someone proactive, presentable and reliable — someone who takes ownership without needing to be told twice.
