Job Overview
We are seeking a Cordinator to manage day-to-day administrative, site & coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling imprest accounts, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with site teams and vendors & ensuring smooth execution of routine project support functions. GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF EXCEL FORMULAS IS MUST.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle imprest account and manage day-to-day routine site expenses.
- Maintain accurate records, data entry & ensure timely reconciliation of expenditures.
- Follow up with site teams for daily attendance and maintain attendance records.
- Coordinate with vendors for bill submission, verification, and follow-ups for timely processing.
- Verify vendor bills against site records, work completion, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports in Excel for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of all project-related transactions.
- Support site team in administrative coordination and reporting activities.
- Data entry in computer for project and site-related records.
- Invoice printing and basic document preparation.
- Handling calls and coordinating communication with site teams and vendors.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Commerce / Management or related field.
- Good Typing Speed
- 6 months – 2 years of relevant experience in coordination.
- Experience in handling vendor coordination & MIS reporting preferred.
