TradeClover is building a trusted B2B marketplace connecting manufacturers, exporters, importers, traders, and suppliers. Our focus is verification, trust, and helping businesses find reliable trading partners.
We are looking for an energetic Growth Executive who can help us acquire users, generate leads, build relationships, and grow our platform from the ground up.
Responsibilities User Acquisition
- Identify and reach out to manufacturers, exporters, importers, wholesalers, and traders.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Schedule and coordinate product demos.
Sales & Business Development
- Explain TradeClover's platform and benefits to potential users.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into registered users.
- Assist with onboarding new users.
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to management.
Marketing & Content
- Help execute social media campaigns.
- Assist in creating LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platform content.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities.
- Support email marketing campaigns.
Community Building
- Build relationships with industry professionals.
- Participate in industry groups and communities.
- Help increase TradeClover's visibility within the import-export ecosystem.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track outreach activities and conversions.
- Maintain CRM and lead records.
- Prepare weekly performance reports.
RequirementsMust Have
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or growth.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong phone and WhatsApp communication skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and work in a startup environment.
Preferred
- Experience with B2B sales.
- Experience in import-export, manufacturing, trading, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Experience creating social media content.
