- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for web applications.
- Maintain and update existing web applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to complement backend development.
- Familiarity with web frameworks and libraries that support Python-based web development.
- Understanding of database management and integration with web applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Knowledge of version control systems to manage and track code changes effectively.
