About the Role:
Healthians is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to drive training initiatives and enhance the performance of our sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or diagnostics and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver sales training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing training workshops
- Identify performance gaps and create targeted training plans
- Develop training materials, modules, and assessments
- Collaborate with sales managers to align training with business goals
- Monitor training effectiveness and track performance improvements
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in sales training
- Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in inside sales or field sales training
- Certification in training or coaching (a plus)
