BandLadder is an innovative, AI-integrated IELTS and PTE preparation platform. We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Demo Expert to deliver high-impact demo sessions and convert prospective students into enrolled learners on the very same call.
Role Overview: You will be the face of BandLadder for prospective students. Your objective is simple: conduct powerful, consultative demo sessions, understand the student's study or work abroad goals, and guide them to immediate enrollment and payment.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver High-Impact Demos: Conduct engaging, value-driven IELTS/PTE demo sessions online.
- Close on the Call: Utilize consultative counseling to build trust and successfully secure student enrollments and payments during the consultation.
- Manage the Funnel: Oversee the end-to-end enrollment cycle, utilizing our CRM to track leads, manage follow-ups, and ensure successful student onboarding.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in inside sales, business development, or consultative selling, preferably within the ed-tech or IELTS/PTE/OET sector.
- Skillset: Exceptional communication, objection-handling, and closing skills. You must be comfortable asking for the sale.
- Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable with CRM tools, lead management, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Mindset: A fiercely results-driven professional who thrives on hitting business targets and maximizing their own earnings.
