Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Travel Industry
Location: Patna (Office-based)
Experience: 2 to 5 Years (Inside Sales / Travel Sales )
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales professional from the travel industry to handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into confirmed holiday bookings.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Conversions
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for holiday and tour packages
- Understand customer requirements such as destination, budget, and travel dates
- Recommend and sell suitable domestic and international travel packages
- Follow up regularly via calls, WhatsApp, and email to close bookings
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Customer Handling
- Manage complete customer journey from inquiry to booking confirmation
- Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Lead Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
- Share daily call updates and pipeline status
- Coordinate with operations team for seamless booking processing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Travel Sales / Holiday Package Sales
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Comfortable with high calling volume and target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Business, and Excel
Preferred Background
- Experience in travel company, or holiday package sales
- Exposure to domestic and international travel sales
- Experience working in incentive-based sales roles
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
