Employment Type: Full-timeJob PurposeWe are a premier home automation company looking for a tech-savvy, highly organized Senior Telecaller & CRM Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for premium clients exploring smart home solutions. You will handle inbound inquiries, conduct strategic outbound follow-ups, and meticulously manage our CRM pipeline to convert raw leads into qualified design consultations. Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement & Advisory
- Handle inquiries from premium homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers.
- Educate clients on smart home solutions, including automated lighting, security, climate control, and home theatres.
- Qualify prospects based on budget, property type, and construction/renovation timelines.
2. CRM & Pipeline Management
- Log all activities, call notes, and client preferences instantly inside our CRM platform.
- Maintain data hygiene by updating lead stages, deal values, and ownership.
- Set automated tasks and alerts to ensure no lead goes cold or missed.
3. Strategic Follow-ups & Booking
- Execute rigorous follow-up cadences with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
- Schedule site surveys and experience center demos for our technical sales team.
- Share marketing collateral like product catalogs and case studies post-call.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of telecalling, inside sales, or relationship management experience.
- Industry Focus: Prior experience in Home Automation, Luxury Real Estate, Interior Design, AV Systems, or High-End Consumer Electronics is highly preferred.
- CRM Mastery: Hands-on experience working daily with systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is mandatory.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with an elegant, professional phone etiquette.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle objections, build immediate rapport, and close for a meeting/demo.
