Job Summary
The senior academic counsellor is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets by converting prospects into customers. The role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, accurate CRM management, and professional customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly and daily sales targets.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Provide accurate and clear information about products and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Ensure no false commitments or misleading information is given to customers.
- Participate actively in daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings.
- Monitor personal sales performance and submit regular progress reports.
- Maintain a minimum of 2 hours of call duration daily.
- Share daily call recordings in the designated group as instructed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
- Support marketing initiatives, including participation in video shoots when required.
- Continuously improve product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
- Maintain professional communication in English with customers when required.
Key Requirements
- Good communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
