Job Summary:
We seek aggressive and results-driven folks to identify and pursue new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our industry and be able to build relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through nurturing, networking, and lead generation using an already existing customer base.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective levels.
3. Take video counseling sessions with parents and students and close sales by providing the right product.
4. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in Edu-Tech.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of our industry and the needs of our clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Shift Window: Between 5:00 AM to 3:00 AM
