Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, educational events, networking, and promotional activities.
- Guide prospective students and parents through the admission process.
- Promote the company's educational programs and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and referral partners.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Admissions Counseling is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits and promotional activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for field travel).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
