- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and landscape management within SAP environments.
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting of SAP systems to maintain optimal operation.
- Familiarity with database administration and backup strategies related to SAP platforms.
- Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and transport management effectively.
- Understanding of security protocols and user administration in SAP Basis.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
