CRM Executive / Back Office Executive
Job Responsibilities:
CRM & Lead Management
- Attending all incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Updating CRM comments regularly with accurate call details and follow-up status.
- Assigning leads to concerned sales team members.
- Following up on pending inquiries, missed calls, deleted leads, and non-serious leads as per management instructions.
- Registering email inquiries received from company websites into the CRM system.
Property & Data Management
- Registering property details into the company system.
- Updating and maintaining property data regularly.
- Searching industrial properties from various online portals as per sales team requirements.
- Conducting Google searches for mandate property data and related information.
Communication & Marketing Support
- Sending WhatsApp messages and email mailers for mandate properties.
- Handling live chat support through Tawk.to on a regular basis.
- Managing and responding to blog comments and website inquiries.
- Publishing newspaper advertisements as per CMD instructions.
Website & Technical Monitoring
- Testing all company phone numbers mentioned on websites on a daily basis.
- Checking and testing company websites regularly to ensure proper functionality.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM handling and MS Office.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and multitasking efficiently.
- Internet research and data handling knowledge.
- Basic understanding of property/industrial real estate business preferred.
Experience:
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in CRM, back office, telecalling, or real estate industry will be preferred.
