We are scaling fast and looking for a high-energy, driven Business Development Associate to help expand our footprint and take the brand global.

Key Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition: Actively identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners, distributors, e-commerce channels, and corporate clients to expand Bleaff's market presence.
Nurture & Maintain Customer Relationships: Build deep, long-term trust with existing partners. You aren't just selling a product; you are managing a relationship to ensure consistent re-orders, smooth operations, and brand loyalty.
Drive Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by understanding market demands and creating tailored pitches for our healthy snack product lines.
Market Feedback: Act as the eyes and ears of the company on the ground, gathering insights on competitor moves, pricing trends, and customer feedback to help shape our future product strategy.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 0-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or field marketing (FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods experience is a huge plus, but passion beats experience).
The Hustle: A self-starter attitude with a strong drive to hit targets and unlock performance-based incentives.
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You can strike up a conversation with anyone and turn a cold lead into a warm partnership.
Relationship Management: Someone who understands that a sale doesn't end when the invoice is raised—it’s just the beginning of the relationship.
Tech-Savvy: Basic comfort with using sales tracking tools, spreadsheets, or modern communication apps to manage your pipeline efficiently.
