Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Education
- Conduct theory and practical sessions as per the academy curriculum.
- Train students in basic and advanced skin treatments.
- Demonstrate skincare procedures, facials, clean-ups, bleaching, exfoliation, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and body therapies.
- Deliver hands-on training on skin analysis, consultation techniques, and treatment protocols.
- Ensure students understand hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards during all practical sessions.
Student Development
- Monitor student progress and maintain attendance records.
- Conduct assessments, practical tests, and evaluations.
- Provide individual coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for certifications, examinations, and industry placements.
Curriculum & Content
- Deliver training according to academy lesson plans and SOPs.
- Update training materials with current industry trends, products, and technologies.
- Develop presentations, demonstrations, assignments, and practical exercises.
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain training equipment, tools, and product inventory.
- Ensure adherence to academy standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional standards within training labs and classrooms.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of products and equipment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
