We are hiring an experienced Senior Agentic AI Developer to design and build AI-powered capabilities for an enterprise Customer Self-Service platform.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience building LLM and Agentic AI applications, AI agents, MCP servers, tool/function calling, RAG, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build conversational and task-oriented AI agents.
- Develop agent workflows for customer self-service use cases.
- Build MCP servers, tools, and APIs for secure enterprise system integration.
- Implement tool/function calling, agent orchestration, context management, and RAG.
- Integrate AI solutions with SAP S/4, SAP BTP, and other backend systems.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and customer-level access controls.
- Develop human-in-the-loop workflows for sensitive operations.
- Implement AI guardrails, evaluation, tracing, observability, and automated testing.
- Take AI solutions from prototype through production deployment.
Required Skills:
- Strong software development experience in Java, Node.js/TypeScript and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, and Generative AI applications.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool/function calling.
- Experience with AI agents and agent orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge integration.
- Experience with REST/OData APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, CAP, and SAP S/4 integration.
- Experience with OpenAI, SAP Generative AI Hub/AI Core, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, application security, cloud-native development, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Experience with AI evaluation, tracing, observability, and guardrails.
