Job Description:
An Leading Startup Cafe chain management needs Accounts cum Store Management for their corporate office. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The role involves close coordination with Cafe outlet restaurateur and purchase vendors to maintain financial discipline across all cafe outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Bank).
Handle outlet-wise cash flow, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.
Candidate needs knowledge in GST portal and to prepare GST reports and coordinate with auditor office.
As Store Incharge he should do inventory control, managing stock levels (receiving, storage, issuance), reconciling inventory records. Proficiency in inventory software "Zoho Books" knowledge must.
Support in budgeting and financial forecasting.
Key Requirements:-
Education:
B.Com (Finance) or equivalent.
Experience:
3+ years Experience as Accounts and Store management. Zoho Books knowledge preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
