Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage day-to-day delivery operations within the assigned zone
- Coordinate with delivery associates to ensure timely and smooth order fulfillment
- Track delivery performance and resolve operational issues on time
- Support onboarding and training of delivery team members
- Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and shift coordination of delivery staff
- Handle escalation calls and support customer issue resolution
- Maintain delivery records, reports, and operational updates
- Coordinate with warehouse and support teams for smooth execution
- Ensure adherence to company processes and operational standards
- Support the Zone Manager in achieving delivery and operational targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, or team handling
- Freshers with strong coordination and leadership skills can also apply
Required Skills
- Team handling and coordination skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
- Ability to manage field operations efficiently
- Leadership mindset and operational understanding
- Time management and multitasking skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or delivery operations background preferred
- Must be willing to work in field operations when required
- Familiarity with local routes and delivery coordination will be an added advantage
