Position Overview:
- This role focuses on integrating a deep connected platform into customer vehicles and hardware.
- Involves leading deployments, solving complex integration challenges, and acting as a key technical interface between customers and internal teams.
- Requires strong embedded software expertise, customer interaction skills, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end customer deployment and integration of in-vehicle software
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers
- Design and develop custom integration solutions using C and C++
- Gather requirements and create technical proposals and documentation
- Perform issue triaging and resolve bugs with code-level fixes
- Validate solutions through hardware testing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for risk and schedule management
- Provide technical training and support to customers
- Travel to customer locations for deployment and integration support
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Embedded C programming (resource-constrained systems)
- Experience with Linux/POSIX and/or Android systems
- 3–6 years of experience in embedded software development
Familiarity with:
- Git
- Agile methodologies
- Unit testing & static analysis
- Code reviews
- CI pipelines
- MISRA C/C++ standards
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities
Skills:
- Programming knowledge in C++ and Python
- Automotive protocol experience:
- CAN

Experience with:
- MQTT, HTTPS
- OTA updates

Tools & platforms:

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronic engineering or a related field.
- Candidates with equivalent practical experience in embedded systems and firmware development may also be considered.
