Role Overview:
This is an in-office role based in Chalakudy, Kerala. You will be responsible for managing student journeys from enquiry stage to admissions and coordinating daily operations. The role combines student coordination, CRM handling, communication, and basic counselling support.
We are currently a small team and are looking for someone who can work as a core team member, take ownership of responsibilities, and contribute actively to building and improving processes as we expand.
Since this is a core local role, we are looking for someone serious, reliable, and long-term oriented. This role is best suited for candidates who want stability, ownership, and growth with the company.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Malayalam-speaking candidate
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, email handling)
- Willingness to learn and use CRM systems such as Notion
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Responsible, disciplined, and consistent in work
Preferred Profile:
- Prior experience in counselling, office coordination, or study abroad processes
- Comfortable handling calls, follow-ups, and student queries
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without confusion
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Student Coordination & Counselling Support:
- Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with leads
- Coordinate counselling sessions and track student progress
- Explain process flow and next steps to students and parents
- Maintain clear communication throughout the student journey
CRM & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as Notion
- Track leads, follow-ups, and admission stages
- Ensure all student documents are collected and verified properly
- Maintain clean and structured data records
Operations & Branch Coordination:
- Support daily office operations
- Manage class coordination, including attendance, batch updates, and student queries
- Handle walk-in students and enquiries professionally
- Coordinate with trainers and management when required
Communication & Reporting:
- Draft and send professional emails
- Communicate with students via WhatsApp and phone
- Maintain proper follow-up discipline
- Provide daily/weekly updates and reports
Compensation:
- ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month based on experience and role fit
- ₹12,500 during initial training/probation period
- ₹15,000 typical starting salary post-confirmation
- Higher salary is offered only for candidates with relevant experience and strong performance potential
- Additional performance-based incentives linked to student admissions and conversions
