Job Title: Aptitude Trainer
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Aptitude Trainer to prepare students for campus placements by enhancing their quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct aptitude training sessions for students.
- Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability.
- Design study materials, mock tests, and practice assignments.
- Assess student performance and provide individual feedback.
- Prepare students for placement aptitude tests conducted by recruiters.
- Track progress and improve students' test-taking strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with strong aptitude and reasoning skills.
- Experience in aptitude training for MBA or competitive exams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with placement exam patterns and assessment tools.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
