- Must have Graduate + good written English for client emails + working Excel Experience 3-6 years in client coordination in logistics / container transport
- What this role is (in simple words) One of our largest MNC clients gives us around 220-250 trips every month across three of our locations. You will be the single point of contact for this client. Every order, every question and every problem of this client comes to you first. The client should never need to call three different people - only you.
- Check all emails/orders from the client and their CHA/forwarders. Send clear instructions to the branch teams at all three locations. 11:00 - 1:00 Track every running trip of this account. If you see a delay, email the client yourself BEFORE they ask. 2:00 - 4:00 Manage the document flow (LR/POD copies must reach the client on time). Prepare detention/halting claims with system data. 4:00 - 6:00 Send the client the daily status email (placed, in-transit, delivered, tomorrow's plan). Plan tomorrow's movements with the branches
- Writes professional English emails (we will ask you to write one in the interview), can calm an unhappy client on a call, and never gets tired of follow-up.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
