We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented WordPress Website Developer with 0–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress development, website design, and front-end technologies, with the ability to build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing websites. Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects, internships, or freelance experience are encouraged to apply. The role involves developing, customizing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites, themes, and plugins based on business requirements. The candidate will collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to create visually appealing and SEO-friendly websites while ensuring cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, website security, and optimal performance. Responsibilities include customizing WordPress themes and plugins, integrating third-party APIs and payment gateways, troubleshooting website issues, performing regular updates and backups, improving website speed, and implementing best practices for security and search engine optimization. Applicants should have proficiency in WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, and responsive web design, along with a basic understanding of Elementor, WooCommerce, Git, cPanel, and SEO principles. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or other UI/UX design tools will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
