- Develop and manage business for pharmaceutical products in assigned territories.
- Generate new business opportunities through PCD, third-party manufacturing, distributors, and direct clients (as applicable).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors, stockists, and business partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, promotional activities, and market visits to increase product awareness and sales.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Handle negotiations, order closures, and follow up on payments and collections.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM/data records, and provide regular updates to management.
- Lead and support junior sales team members to improve performance and market coverage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and business development activities to expand market presence.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹18,548.65 - ₹35,392.63 per month
