Job Title: Assistant F&B Manager / Senior Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
To assist in managing the overall Food & Beverage operations, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth restaurant operations, staff performance, hygiene standards, cost control, and achievement of departmental targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor employee performance.
- Track sales, prepare reports, and help achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations.
- Implement promotional activities and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Immediate joiners are preferred
