We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales TL to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling two-wheelers to customers, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable bike models and finance options.
- Explain product features, specifications, warranty terms, and after-sales services.
- Conduct test rides and showcase bike performance.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, finance offers, and new product launches.
- Assist with registration and insurance processes.
- Follow up with potential leads and existing customers for repeat business or referrals.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, leads, and transactions in the CRM.
