Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our pharmaceutical sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of medical representatives, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to maximize performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Pay: ₹16,090.41 - ₹58,309.92 per month
