Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, switches, routers, and firewall devices.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and password policies.
- Coordinate with software vendors for Dealer Management System (DMS), ERP, and other business applications.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security.
- Install and configure CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and IP phones.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, AMC records, software licenses, and warranty documentation.
- Ensure antivirus updates, endpoint security, and compliance with IT policies.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and hardware vendors for issue resolution.
- Support showroom and workshop IT infrastructure.
- Assist in implementing new IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and troubleshooting guides.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
