About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MD Anesthesiologist to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of critically ill patients, providing advanced airway management, hemodynamic monitoring, pain management, and life-support interventions while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
- Perform advanced airway management, including endotracheal intubation and ventilator management.
- Assess, stabilize, and manage patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, trauma, and other critical illnesses.
- Monitor and optimize hemodynamic status using invasive and non-invasive monitoring techniques.
- Perform ICU procedures such as central venous catheterization, arterial line insertion, temporary dialysis catheter placement, and other bedside procedures.
- Provide sedation, analgesia, and pain management for critically ill patients.
- Coordinate patient care with intensivists, surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code blue situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards.
- Guide and supervise junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to infection control practices and patient safety protocols.
Eligibility
- MD/DNB in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Medical Council/NMC registration.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
