We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executive & Telecaller. The role involves making calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, following up on leads, and converting prospects into customers. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Freshers are welcome to apply. No degree is required; candidates 18 years of age or older are eligible. The primary responsibility is to achieve a minimum target of 5 customer closures per month while maintaining professional customer relationships and providing excellent service.
The position offers a fixed salary along with performance-based incentives. In addition to meeting the monthly target, employees will earn extra incentives for every customer closed beyond 5 customers, offering significant opportunities for higher earnings based on performance.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
