BananaExchange is an iGaming platform (sports betting, live odds) scaling aggressively across India and Bangladesh. We're a lean, ambitious startup — and we need a sharp Operations & HR Associate to run the engine room alongside leadership.
This is not a typical HR role. You will work directly with the CMO, own hiring, oversee multiple teams, and keep the entire operation moving.
▸ Hiring & Talent
* Draft and post job listings for calling agents, video editors, and marketing roles
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates — coordinate interviews with leadership
* Onboard new hires and ensure they are set up and briefed from Day 1
▸ Team Oversight
* Daily check-ins with the calling team across day and night shifts
* Monitor lead tapping productivity — track numbers, flag issues, escalate gaps
* Keep video editors on schedule — content calendar, delivery timelines, revision tracking
▸ Operations & Administration
* Be the right hand to the CMO — own the daily task list so leadership can stay focused on strategy
* Coordinate between marketing, calling, and creative teams
* Maintain internal trackers, lead sheets, and team performance dashboards
* Handle vendor coordination and day-to-day operational requirements
▸ HR & Culture
* Build HR processes from the ground up — attendance, performance reviews, team structure
* Handle internal communications, resolve team issues, maintain morale
* Define and document SOPs as the company scales

You're the Right Fit If You
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
* Have 2–4 years of experience in HR, operations, or EA/PA roles — startup background preferred
* Are obsessively organised — nothing falls through the cracks with you
* Can manage multiple teams and deadlines simultaneously without losing focus
* Communicate clearly and confidently, written and verbal
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal hand-holding
* Are proficient in Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic project management tools
* Prior experience in iGaming or a high-growth digital startup is a strong advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
