Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other departments for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Verify measurements and monitor material consumption.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned civil works.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in civil construction, industrial projects, infrastructure, or building projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to manage manpower and subcontractors effectively.
Required Skills
- Site supervision and project coordination.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards and site management practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
