About the internship
We are looking for a passionate and curious Financial Content Writer Intern who can turn complex financial topics into simple, engaging, and informative content. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in personal finance, investing, stock markets, fintech, and financial news.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and write high-quality content on personal finance, investing, stock markets, fintech, banking, insurance, taxation, and related topics.
2. Create blogs, articles, market explainers, newsletters, and educational content for digital platforms.
3. Simplify complex financial concepts and explain them in a clear, accurate, and reader-friendly manner.
4. Track financial news, market trends, company updates, economic developments, and regulatory changes to identify relevant content opportunities.
5. Research companies, financial products, industries, and competitors to develop fresh and useful content ideas.
6. Work with the SEO and marketing teams to create content that improves search visibility, readership, and engagement.
7. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, consistency, and originality.
8. Verify financial data and information using reliable and credible sources before publishing.
Requirements:
1. Someone who has a genuine interest in finance, investing, and financial markets.
2. Someone who enjoys researching and writing.
3. Someone who can explain financial concepts in simple and easy-to-understand language.
4. Someone who regularly follows financial news, business updates, or market trends.
5. Students or graduates from finance, commerce, economics, business, or related fields are preferred.
6. Prior experience in financial content writing, blogging, or research is an added advantage.
