Its digital arm, EG Digital, is a full-service website design and digital marketing company helping brands build a premium online presence, rank higher on search, and grow their audience. As we scale across our group of companies, we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer to help shape how our brands and our clients' brands show up visually across social media, presentations, and documents.
Role Overview
We're hiring a Graphic Designer to own the visual output across social media creatives, PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and branded documents (proposals, reports, SOWs, etc.) - for Eloma Group's various ventures as well as EG Digital's clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives (posts, carousels, reels covers, stories) aligned with each platform's best practices and brand guidelines
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for internal use and client-facing meetings
- Design branded documents - proposals, scopes of work, reports, brochures - with consistent typography, color, and layout
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across the group's different ventures
- Collaborate with marketing/content teams across verticals to align visuals with campaigns and messaging
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay current with design trends, especially in social media and presentation design
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva
- Strong command of PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentation design
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign or similar tools for document layout
- Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout/composition
- Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas
- Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
- A portfolio showcasing social media creatives, presentations, and/or document design
Good to Have
- Familiarity with video/reel editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Understanding of branding fundamentals
