Field Sales Manager – Real Estate (Plots & Villas)## Job Summary
We are looking for an active Field Sales Manager to find potential clients for our plots and villa projects. This is a 100% on-the-field role where you will meet people directly, pitch our properties, and generate sales leads. Key Responsibilities
* Find Prospects: Walk the field daily to identify people looking to buy plots or villas.
* Property Pitching: Meet potential clients face-to-face and explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
* Conduct Site Visits: Take interested buyers to property locations and guide them through the site.
* Build Networks: Connect with local communities, businesses, and agents to discover new buying leads.
* Close Deals: Follow up regularly with prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Report Daily: Track and share field updates, client feedback, and sales progress with management.
Requirements
* Background: Open to anyone; prior sales or real estate experience is helpful but not required.
* Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler or car and have a valid driver's license for daily field travel.
* Skills: Excellent speaking skills, strong negotiation power, and the ability to build quick trust.
* Mindset: Highly self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working entirely outdoor on the field.
* Language: Fluent in the local regional language to communicate easily with clients.
