About the Role
At Shivam Jewels, a Sales Coordinator is not a back-office role.
You’ll work directly with senior sales professionals, handle real client conversations, propose diamond stones, follow up on deals, and actively support revenue generation. This role gives hands-on exposure to diamond sales, client handling, and deal execution in a 30-year-old diamond manufacturing and trading house.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Stone Proposals
- Support senior salespersons in day-to-day sales activities
- Share diamond stone details (specs, pricing, images, availability) with clients
- Help prepare and send stone proposals based on client requirements
- Follow up consistently on proposals and active discussions
Client Interaction & Follow-Ups
- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, calls, and email
- Handle basic client queries and coordinate with salespersons for closures
- Share updates on availability, order status, and timelinesNew Client Outreach & Lead Support
- Assist in reaching out to new buyers and potential clients
- Send introductory messages and proposals to new leads
- Maintain follow-up discipline and conversation recordsInternal Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and operations teams
- Help prepare quotations, invoices, and basic sales reports
- Maintain accurate client, order, and proposal recordsWhat We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, client handling, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills (English required, Hindi mandatory)
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel, email, and basic CRM/ERP tools
- Organised, proactive, and good at follow-ups
- Interest in sales, customer interaction, and business growth
Bonus (not mandatory):
Experience in diamonds, jewellery, trading, or B2B sales
